Using a small flat brush, paint small brush strokes on a black gift bag using Treasure Gold in Gold and Rose Gold.
To paint the tissue paper, lay a piece of tissue paper (1 per bag) flat on your workspace.
Pour some FolkArt Acrylic Pure Black into a paper cup and add a splash of water. Stir.
Dip one paint brush into the paint mixture and, holding another paint brush underneath (the paint brushes should make a + sign), tap the brush with the paint onto the brush without paint in the direction of the tissue paper. This will make paint splatters on the tissue.
When all of the paint is dried, assemble the bag and tissue paper with your gift inside and embellish with a pom pom.
