Instructions
- Using a small flat brush, paint small brush strokes on a black gift bag using Treasure Gold in Gold and Rose Gold.
- To paint the tissue paper, lay a piece of tissue paper (1 per bag) flat on your workspace.
- Pour some FolkArt Acrylic Pure Black into a paper cup and add a splash of water. Stir.
- Dip one paint brush into the paint mixture and, holding another paint brush underneath (the paint brushes should make a + sign), tap the brush with the paint onto the brush without paint in the direction of the tissue paper. This will make paint splatters on the tissue.
- When all of the paint is dried, assemble the bag and tissue paper with your gift inside and embellish with a pom pom.
