Upcycle Framed Mod Podge Silhouettes
Instructions
- asecoat poster board with Parchment, let dry.
- Trace silhouette pattern onto scrapbook paper and cut out.
- Following instructions on Mod Podge, apply silhouettes as shown and let dry.
- Paint frames with Treasure Gold and let dry.
- Add ribbon and flowers as shown, using hot glue.
- Insert back into frames.
