  • Floral Scrapbook papers
  • Black velvet ribbon
  • Dark Burgundy silk flowers
  • Hot Glue
  • 2 upcycled frames 11x 14
  • Poster Board cut to fit frame opening
  • Thrifted Frames
  • Printed Silhouette Pattern
  • Scissors

 

Instructions

  1. asecoat poster board with Parchment, let dry.
  2. Trace silhouette pattern onto scrapbook paper and cut out.
  3. Following instructions on Mod Podge, apply silhouettes as shown and let dry.
  4. Paint frames with Treasure Gold and let dry.
  5. Add ribbon and flowers as shown, using hot glue.
  6. Insert back into frames.
