Paint the Chandelier, the clay pots and saucers with Licorice.
One dry glue the pots to the saucers with E6000. Once the glue has dried, glue the pot and saucers to the chandelier. Refer to photo for placement of the clay pots and saucers.
Make twine tassels and string them together with 10 beads in between each tassel. Attach the tassels and beads under each pot using a thin wire.
