Valentines Cards- Clipart Collage

Instructions

1. Referring to photo, cut or rip apart printed designs to collage onto surface as shown.
2. Layout desired design, and then apply to cards using Mod Podge,
3.   * do not apply coat of Mod Podge to TOP of papers, only use as a glue to apply papers.  Let dry.
4. Following directions on Gelz, tint and color papers as shown.  Let dry.
