Additional Supplies:
- Plaid Fabric
- Assorted floral pins
- White fine tip paint pen
Instructions:
- Mix equal parts water and FolkArt French Blue. Wash color onto frame as shown and let dry.
- Add quote and doodle flower patterns as shown on frame.
- Add fabric to frame in an embroidery hoop as shown. Pin floral pins to fabric.
