Vintage Tulip Corner Photo Frame

Instructions

1. Follow basic instructions on pattern pack.
2. Place extra piece of glass over desired section of design to create Corner designs from pattern shown in photo. 
3. Lead design shown and let dry overnight. ( Repeat 4 times as shown in photo)
4. Fill with color as shown in photo, using the combing tool.  Blend 2 colors when wet using combing tool.  Let dry completely. 
5. Remove clings or designs from piece of glass and place onto frame as shown.  Insert Photo.
