Instructions
Pour a small amount of the paints onto a palette. Using the medium paint brush, dilute each color by adding water.
Paint over the photo using the small paint brush. Let dry.
Note: The paint will repel if painted over solid black areas because the laser ink has created a barrier to absorption. High contrast and lighter areas work best.
Paint and blend colors as you choose. Because of the transparent nature of FolkArt Watercolor Acrylic Paint you can see the image clearly underneath.
