Waverly Buffalo Plaid Mason Jar
Give an Mason Jar a new look with this fun fall buffalo plaid project! Perfect all season long, this project is a simple and affordable way to decorate for fall. Plus it's easy to transition into winter!

Other Things You'll Need

  • Large Mason Jar
  • Waverly fabric for bow
  • Masking tape
  • Small Pumpkin floral pick
  • Fall greenery

Instructions

  1. Tape off the top and the bottom of the flattest part of the mason jar. 
  2. Paint within tape with Plaster. 
  3. Waterdown the Elephant to make a wash.  Paint the vertical and horizonal line using the wash.
  4. Go back wher all the lines intersect and paint solid Elephant.  Allow to dry.
  5. Paint a circle slightly smaller then the border that will be stenciled next.
  6. Stencil the border in Ink.  Stencil a letter in the center of the border in Peacock.
  7. Cut a 2" piece of fabric long enough to make a bow around the top of jar.
  8. Tie a not around the lid of the Mason Jar.
  9. Paint pumpkin floral pick Peacock.  Add Pumpkin to the flower arrangement of greenery.
