Instructions
- Make six tassels. Make sure there is enough room on the end to tie the tassels to your wooden dowel.
- Mix a 2:1 ratio of water to paint with each of your colors in separate cups.
- Dip your tassels into each paint mixture.
- Let dry then secure your tassels onto your wooden dowel.
- Tie a piece of yarn connecting on both sides of the dowel to act as a handle.
