Yarn Tassel Wall Hanging

Instructions
Make six tassels. Make sure there is enough room on the end to tie the tassels to your wooden dowel. Mix a 2:1 ratio of water to paint with each of your colors in separate cups. Dip your tassels into each paint mixture. Let dry then secure your tassels onto your wooden dowel. Tie a piece of yarn connecting on both sides of the dowel to act as a handle. 8.5.5
