Instructions

1. Cut out shapes and paste with Mod Podge Wash Out for Kids onto your Rainbow Surface
2. Repeat the same for your Frame Surface. Let dry.
3. Apply the decoupaged Rainbow Surface with craft glue to the finished frame.
