Apple Barrel Poured Easter Eggs

Don't throw away those cereal boxes, reuse them to create beautiful marbled eggs. Use Apple Barrel Pouring Medium to make unique swirls and whirls of color to add to your Easter decor.

  • Cereal Box
  • Scissors
  • Disposable Cups
  • Wooden Craft Sticks
  • Disposable Baking Tray/Wax Paper
  • Pencil

instructions

  1. Mix a 2:1 ratio of Apple Barrel Paint with Apple Barrel Pouring Medium in your diposable cups.
  2. Lay our your disposable baking tray or wax paper on your workspace to keep your work area clean.
  3. Draw an egg shape on your ceral box. Cut the egg shape out.
  4. Lay your egg on your workspace with the printed side of  the cut out box facing up and the raw cardboard side facing down. Pour your pouring paint on the printed side of your egg to prevent the raw cardboard side from warping.
  5. Pour your paint and tilt and swirl the egg to create a marbled effect.
  6. Let your eggs dry overnight.
