Instructions
- Basecoat frame with White and let dry.
- Separate the layers of napkin and cut out design areas.
- Apply thin coat of Mod Podge to frame, apply napkins pattern as shown.
- Lightly press down with brush and let dry.
- Apply top coat of mod podge and let dry.
