Instructions
Mugs:- Wash and dry mugs.
- Separate napkins * most are 3 ply- remove layers, keeping only the top layer with design.
- Cut into a strip that will cover bottom of mug as shown.
- Brush Mod Podge onto mug and place napkin, smooth down carefully and let dry.
- Apply topcoat of Mod Podge and let dry.
Treat Bags:
- Stencil designs as shown onto each bag.
- Let dry and fill with candy.
