Instructions

  1. For the rainbow bunny, start brushing Seashell Pink at one end of the plaque using the 1” brush.
  2. Next blend Buttermint into the Seashell Pink, Minted Aqua into Buttermint, Minted Aqua into Light Blue and finally Seashell Pink into the Light Blue.
  3. For the plaid bunny, basecoat plaque with Wicker White.
  4. Once plaque is dry sand smooth.
  5. Using the ½” flat paint lines as shown in photo in Seashell Pink.
  6. Using the 1” flat brush paint Light Blue in between the Seashell Pink lines.
  7. Using the chisel edge of ½” flat brush make thin Buttermint lines on the outside, of the right sides of the Light Blue lines. Repeat going in the other direction.
  8. Add a thin Wicker White line right in the middle of the Light Blue lines just going in one direction. Repeat going the other direction with Minted Aqua.
  9. For the polka dot bunny, using the ½” flat brush paint make short little mark in all the colors listed.
  10. Print out bunnies.  Enlarge or shrink to whatever size fits the plaques.
  11. Cut out bunnies and lay them in the middle of the each plaque.
  12. Begin painting the background colors by brushing outward being careful not to let the paint get under the paper.
  13. Paint the plaid bunny Minted Aqua, polka dot bunny Light Blue and rainbow bunny in the rainbow colors.
  14. With a flat scrap piece of wood dipped in Wicker White for plaid and polka dot bunny, lightly skim the edges only with Wicker White using the block of wood. For the rainbow bunny use Light Blue on the edges. Make sure to remove the excess paint before adding to the edges.
