  • Floral scrapbook paper
  • Masking tape
  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Tape off the bottom portion of the plaque.  Paint Navy Blue below the tape.  Remove the tape.
  2. Paint “Enjoy The Little Things” in Treasure Gold. 
  3. Cut out flowers and Mod Podge onto plaque.  Refer to photo for placement.
