Inspired by all the latest Fall trends this year. Our beautiful and rich color scheme for tabletop projects were created with the holidays in mind.
This project features these great brands:
At a Glance:
Placemat - Cut ribbon to length. Brush Mod Podge Fabric to the back of the ribbon and place 1” from the edge of placemat.
Charger – Transfer the leaf pattern provided to the posterboard. Cut out leaf shapes to make a stencil. Stencil the leaf pattern onto the wood charger with Treasure Gold copper.
Dinner Plate – Separate all the layers from the napkin and only use the top printed layer. The Mod Podge Dishwashersafe onto the bottom of the plate. Place the napkin with printed side down onto the Mod Podge. Smooth out napkin. Allow to dry and then add two topcoats of the Mod Podge Dishwashersafe on top. Make sure all of the paper is completely covered with the Mod Podge so that water does not come in contact with the paper underneath.
Salad Plate – Tape off a circle on the bottom of plate. Paint the outer rim of the plate with Berry Wine. Allow to dry and add another coat. Score around the tape line with a craft knife and remove tape.
Napkin – Soak the napkin in water so that is completely wet. In a small cup mix 3 parts water to 1 part Pueblo. Beginning at the bottom of napkin, brush on the watered down Pueblo. While moving upward, apply less paint and allow it to fade into the white. Hang the napkin upside down to dry. Paint will drip so make sure to place something underneath the catch all the drips.
Family – Water down the Asphaltum to make a stain. Brush the stain onto the wood surface. Allow to dry.
