  • Flour
  • Plastic Pumpkin(s)
  • 1” Flat Paintbrush

instructions

  1. Coat the plastic pumpkin with 2-3 layers of your choice of Turkish Tile, Maui Sand, Spanish Moss, or Sunset Rose Chalk Paint using the Chalk Paintbrush.
  2.  Allow drying time.
  3. Use the Chalk Paintbrush with a small amount of Chalk Paint to streak the top and sides of the plastic pumpkin.
  4. Take the 1” Flat Paintbrush and dip it into the flour.
  5. Brush the flour onto the wet Chalk Paint spots that you streaked on with the Chalk Paintbrush.
  6. Allow drying time.
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 as necessary.
  8. Brush off any excess flour.

An alternative to Wax is Matte Varnish. Use this on heavily used furniture. It can be used for indoor or outdoor projects.
