Instructions

  1. Basecoat cauldron with Wicker White. Allow to dry. 

  1. Apply Neon Pink over the Wicker White.   

  1. Paint “Trick or Treat” in Licorice.  Refer to the photo for placement. 

  1. Paint Licorice stripes around the rim of the bowl.
