At a Glance:
Wash and dry all vases with soap and water.
Following basic instructions on label, use fine tip to apply a thin coat of paint on vase, apply in a swirl pattern.
While paint is wet use the combing tool to comb, this will flatten, and cover all areas completely on vase.
Let dry completely.
