Add a personal touch to your cosmetic bag with Fantasy Glitter from Fabric Creations.
Instructions
- Lightly sketch two eye shapes onto the face of a canvas fabric cosmetic bag.
- Paint each eye shape with Black using a large flat brush. Allow to dry.
- Using the same large flat brush, paint Mystical Rose over the Black painted areas. Allow to dry. If desired, apply a second coat of Mystical Rose for added sparkle. Allow to dry.
- Cut eyelashes from a short, narrow strip of black felt.
- Using white craft glue, attach the black felt eyelashes. Allow to dry.
