1. Tape a straight line around your tumbler. Apply Mod Podge Dishwasher Safe Glitter Gold to the bottom of your taped section. Apply as many coats as desired with time to dry in between coats. Let dry and cure. 2. Cut out your desired fabric or paper out and using the Mod Podge Matte formula, dab a bit onto the tumbler then place your cut outs. Let dry, then Mod Podge directly over the cut out area. Let dry and cure.
