PaperBoard Mason Jar (available at most Michaels stores), Wooden flower, Wooden round disk, Craft stick, Flat paintbrush, Scrapbook paper, Scissors, Pencil, Burlap ribbon
Instructions

Paint jar center with black Chalkboard Paint and craft stick with Citrus Green.

Trace the jar onto scrapbook paper.

Cut out and attach with Mod Podge. Brush Mod Podge over the paper-covered jar.

Trace the flower and center onto scrapbook paper.

Cut out and attach with Mod Podge.

Seal with another coat of Mod Podge.

Use Mod Podge to attach black piece, flower and 'lid' to jar.

Attach burlap ribbon.
