Everyone will love these precious handmade snow globes made with Mason Jars and Mod Podge. It a perfect conversation starter to put on your mantel or any other area of your home!
Instructions
- Cover the front of the mason jar with an oval stencil.
- Paint a coat of Mod Podge onto the mason jar, around the oval stencil.
- Pour sugar all over the painted Mod Podge until it is completely covered. Once it is completely dry, remove the oval stencil. (Repeat steps 2 & 3 until you have reached your desired coverage.)
- Paint the mason jar lid your choice of FolkArt ® Treasure Gold and allow it to dry.
- Hot glue a Christmas ornament to the inside of the mason jar lid.
- Pour sugar inside the mason jar. (How much sugar you add in will depend on the size of your jar.)
- Screw the lid onto the jar and flip it upside down.
