Make this sporty bulletin board for a little guy in your life.
Instructions
1. Base coat the cork board with Neon Green. Basecoat the letters with Neon Orange. Allow to dry.
2. Cut elastic to fit and hot glue. Refer to photo for placement.
3. Use craft glue to glue the small and large washers on letters and elastic.
4. Glue the letters to cork board at top.
