  • Tissue Paper
  • Yarn
  • Scissors
  • Hot Glue
  • Toilet Paper Roll

instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Cut 2” wide and 6” long strips of tissue paper.
  2. Cut a 1” long fringe on your strips of tissue paper.
  3. Cut out 3”x3” squares of tissue paper. Use Mod Podge to adhere a square to the bottom of your toilet paper roll. Fill your roll with wrapped candies. Adhere another square to the top of your toilet paper roll. Trim the edges off of your tissue paper.
  4. Adhere your fringe on your toilet paper roll with Mod Podge. Start from the bottom and layer the strips up to the top.
  5. Cut a 4” piece of yarn and hot glue the end to the bottom piece of tissue paper. When you pull the yarn, the tissue paper will break and release the candy.
