Paper Napkins Floral Pattern
Assorted Glass and Plastic Skull Surfaces
Basecoat all skull surfaces with White. Let dry.
Ombre- divide the surface into 3 parts and spounce a basecoat color onto each section as shown. No need to overlap the colors yet.
Once the basecoat colors are applied- While they are still wet. Spounce over the area where the two colors meet, blending them together and creating the ombre.
Repeat with all colors and let dry completely.
Mod Podge Floral-
* Separate all layers of napkin and only use the printed layer.
Cut floral designs from napkin. Working in small sections, apply Mod Podge to skull and place napkin onto wet Mod Podge. Press napkin down lightly.
Repeat covering entire surface and let dry.
Apply top coat of Mod Podge to seal all sections of napkin. Let dry.
