14x12 Rustic pallet, Cork roll, E6000 adhesive, Scissors, Sandpaper, Petroleum jelly, 1” Flat brush, #6 Flat brush
Instructions

Basecoat the pallet in Bark Brown. Rub petroleum jelly on the edges and where you would want the Bark Brown to show thru.

Basecoat the pallet in Wicker White. Allow the pallet to dry completely.

Trace the state of your choice onto the cork. Cut out the state. Paint the state with Daffodil Yellow.

Paint a heart on the state in Apple Red.

Sand the pallet, focusing on the areas where the petroleum jelly was applied.

Glue the cork state to the pallet with E6000.
