Victorian alphabet stencil (3-1/2"), Pillow with Stuffing, Burlap Fabric, Foam Paintbrush, Muslin fabric, Stencil Paintbrush, Fiskars scalloped edge scissors
Instructions
1. Cut a piece of burlap fabric to fit the front of the pillow. Coat the back of the burlap with Mod Podge Fabric. Position the fabric onto the pillow, smooth with your fingers and allow to dry.
2. Working on the muslin fabric, align the stencil across the center spelling a French inspired word. Working with Copper Metallic paint and a stencil paintbrush, stencil the letters by painting over the stencil with a semi dry brush. Work the brush in an “up and down” fashion. Allow to dry.
3. Using scalloped edge scissors, trim the muslin fabric so it fits inside the burlap fabric. Apply Fabric Mod Podge to the back of the fabric and position in the center of the burlap, smooth with your fingers and allow to dry.
