Toile Square Photo Plaque

Instructions

1. Basecoat plaque with Wicker White.
2. Once dry stencil pattern all over plaque in Navy.
3. Basecoat frame with Navy.
4. Enlarge photo to fit frame and Mod Podge to the center of the plaque.  Apply a top coat of Mod Podge.
5. Glue the frame over the photo.
6. Insert ribbon through holes.
