Other Supplies

  • FolkArt ® Watercolor Acrylic Paint™ Brush Set - 18137
  • FolkArt Watercolor Acrylic Paint - Ochre, 2 oz. #18115
  • Small canvas bag
  • Palette
  • Wax paper
  • Water basin
  • Paper towels

Instructions

  1. Place a piece of wax paper inside each treat bag.
  2. Pour a small amount of Pastel Orange paint on your palette. Dilute the paint with water using the medium brush.  Starting at the upper left hand side of the bag paint a short downward stroke. Paint another stroke beside the first. Add more water to the brush and paint another stroke and continue painting strokes to create a pattern. Vary the strokes by changing the widths with brush pressure and shade of color with water amount to paint. Let dry.
  3. Repeat step 2 with Ochre and Burgundy.
  4. Press with hot iron to heat set before washing.
