Red and Pink Tulips on an Oval Suncatcher

Instructions

1. Place surface over pattern and lead design.  Let dry overnight.
2. Fill with color as shown in photo, using the combing tool to fill and smooth.   Blend 2 colors with combing tool as shown in photo.
3. Fill in area around design with Crystal Clear or Clear Frost, using the bottle tip to apply color and going in a random ‘squiggle pattern’ to create texture.
