Instructions

1. Follow basic instructions on pattern pack.
2. Place surface over pattern and lead design.  Let dry overnight.
3. Fill with color as shown in photo, using the combing tool.   
4. Blend 2 colors with combing tool as shown in photo.  Let dry completely and hang.
