Instructions

  1. Place surface over pattern and lead design.  Let dry overnight.
  2. Fill with color as shown in photo, using the combing tool to fill and smooth.   
  3. Blend 2 colors with combing tool as shown in photo. 
  4. Let dry completely and hang.
