Can I mix FolkArt® Texture Paint with extender or water?

No you should not mix FolkArt® Texture Paint with extender or water. Mixing with any other liquid may increase cracking.

Can I mix two or more FolkArt® Texture Paint colors together?

All FolkArt® Texture Paint colors can be intermixed to create custom colors. They can be mixed before use or mixed as they are applied to the project.

How long will Plaid ® Glo Away™ remain glowing?

Activate with direct light for about 4 hours. Will glow for about 30 minutes and then may need to be re-activated.

Do I need to “charge” the surface to activate the glow?

Yes. Charge in sunlight or indoor light for 30 minutes. The glow will depend on how many finish layers were applied and length of charge.

On what surfaces can I use FolkArt Glass Etching Cream?

FolkArt Glass Etching Cream can be applied to most glassware, glazed ceramics, mirrors, and porcelain.

Does FolkArt Glass Etching Cream hold up well on outdoor surfaces?

Yes, as long as the etch-able surface can withstand the outdoors, FolkArt Glass Etching Cream will too, as the product is not a topcoat; rather, it permeates the surface to make the etched design permanent.

How long does it take FolkArt Glass Etching Cream to cure?

FolkArt Glass Etching Cream etches a surface within 15 minutes. Once Etching Cream is rinsed and removed, etched results are immediately evident.

Is my etched surface using FolkArt Glass Etching Cream dishwasher-safe?

Yes, projects etched with Glass Etching Cream are safe to wash by hand or on top shelf of your dishwasher.

Are there any FolkArt Glass Etching Cream precautions?

Avoid skin contact by wearing protective gloves. Also avoid ingesting this product. Wash hands immediately after use. Keep out of reach of children. Please refer to the packaging label for additional precautions.
