FolkArt® Shinys can be used on wood, paper mache, canvas, terra cotta, galvanized tin and most porous surfaces. They are not recommended for use on glass or ceramics.
Allow approximately 24 hours drying time once the wax has been applied to your project. After one day your waxed surface is ready to be buffed.
On well-used furniture items such as chairs, tables, or dressers, etc., it is a good idea to reapply the finish with a fresh coat of Clear Wax once a year. It is not necessary to reapply wax to decorative or slightly used items.

FolkArt Treasure Gold does dry rather quickly when applied in thin applications, however, it may take up to an hour to completely dry. Paint application, surface type, room humidity and temperature may also play a variable in the drying time.

Although
FolkArt Dragonfly Glaze is water-based, the use of water to thin the glaze is not recommended as it will reduce the adhesion properties as well as disperse the optically variable pigments of the glaze.
