Halloween Decoden Coffin

Make a creepy Halloween coffin with tinted Collage Clay and a selection of beads and rhinestones.

Mod Podge Collage Clay, Vanilla White #25144
Black wood coffin
Plastic cup
Plastic knife
Plastic spoon
Icing bag and star tip
Rhinestones
Hot glue
Gold ribbon

Instructions

Using a plastic spoon, smear the collage clay onto the coffin. It should be about 1/4” thick. Avoid the detail areas of the coffin. Embed rhinestones into the clay.
Add Collage Clay to the plastic cup. Squeeze in a dime size amount of FolkArt paint. Use the plastic knife to stir. Add a little more paint for a deep color or add more Collage Clay to lighten the color. Spoon into a prepared icing bag with a star tip.
Working on the detail areas of the coffin, squeeze a strip of collage clay down the details. Embed a few a rhinestones on the ends of the strip.
Allow to dry for 24 hours and then hot glue gold ribbon around the outer edge.

PROJECT TIP: Soak the Collage Clay off icing tips in soapy water and a disposable cup.
