Silver shoes, Stencil brush, Foam plate, Paper towel

Instructions

Clean shoes with soap and water to remove any factory finishes. Allow to dry.
Pour Cobalt on to the plate. Dip the stencil brush into the paint and remove any excess so that there is hardly any paint left on the brush.
Lightly pounce with the stencil brush so that it is more of a dry brush affect.
Continue with the Cobalt in random places.
Repeat step 3 but use the Amethyst instead. Add to all the areas where you did not paint the Coblat. Allow to dry.
Allow shoes to dry completely before wearing.
