Other Supplies

Four 1" wooden wheels, Two wooden flowers, 1" Bolt, nut and two washers, Wood hand drill, Round hobby file

Instructions

  1. Make a hole in the flowers in the center with the drill. Use the round file to make the hole larger.
  2. Paint the flowers and the wheels Neon Pink.
  3. Paint over the Neon Pink with Neutral Glow. Allow to dry.
  4. Glue the wheels in between the flowers.
  5. Put a washer on the bolt and then go through the holes in the flowers. Add the other washer and the nut.
