Instructions
1. Cut a stars from an old book page. Cut the letters USA (or another saying) from the travel themed papers.
2. Working on the backside of the tag shapes, apply a coat of Mod Podge to the tag, position the star onto the tag, top-coat with a layer of Mod Podge. Repeat with the letters
3. Cut the tissue paper into small squares. Apply two layers of tissue paper to the backside of the tag using the same method as step 2. Allow to dry.
4. Hot glue a star patch to the top of the tag. Thread a ribbon through the hole and tie around a napkin.
Project Tip: Make one for each guest with personalization by spelling out their names.
