Other Supplies

  • Stencil Tape
  • Reversed Laser Printed Image
  • Soft Sponge/Rag
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Apply Mod Podge Photo Transfer Medium to the image side of your reversed, laser printed photo. Place the photo with the image side down on your wood canvas. Gently smooth out any air bubbles with your fingers then allow to fully dry.
  2. Use a damp, soft rag or sponge to gently rub off the paper from your canvas. Rubbing too hard can cause the photo to tear. Rub until the image is opaque then let dry again. Repeat this step until the photo is crystal clear and no paper remains on the canvas.
  3. Place stencil tape on your dry canvas and use your FolkArt Acrylic Paint to paint under the tape. Let dry.
