Two Wood Picture Frames, Stencil Brush ¼”, Stencil brush ½”, Flat brush ½”, Foam Plates, Paper Towels

Instructions

  1. Base Coat one of the frames Engine Red. Brush Titanium White onto second frame and wipe with paper towel to create a white washed effect.
  2. Stencil crown element onto red frame in Navy Blue.
  3. Repeat phone booth element over white washed frame in Titanium White for a wallpaper effect.
  4. Stencil phone booth and bus over wallpaper effect in Navy Blue and Engine Red.
  5. Stencil flag element onto wall in Engine Red and Navy Blue.
