Three DIY Tie-Dye Bandana Ideas

Pink and Blue Bandana

1. Iron your bandana then lay it on your flat workspace. Pinch the center of your bandana and twist it so the fabric wraps around the center of your shirt.
2. Place rubber bands around the twisted shirt until you have six triangle sections.
3. Lighten your Poppy Fabric Creations by mixing it with white. Mix a 1:3 ratio of Fabric Creations to water in your squeeze bottles and shake until well mixed.
4. Squeeze your Pale Blue mixture on every other triangle section. Now squeeze your White/Poppy mixture on the remaining white spaces. Flip your bandana over and repeat this process on the backside.
5. Remove the rubber bands from your bandana and lay it flat to dry. Once your bandana is dry, heat set it with an iron or put it in the dryer with dry heat. 

1. Iron your bandana then lay it on your flat workspace. Pinch the center of your bandana and pull it up so that it almost resembles a sheet ghost.
2. Place enough rubber bands down your bandana to create seven sections.
3. Mix a 1:3 ratio of Fabric Creations to water in your squeeze bottles and shake until well mixed.
4. Squeeze your African Violet on the end of your bandana and massage the paint into the bandana. Try to leave some white space near your rubber bands. Repeat this process and work your way up the bandana using Navy, Deep Teal, Lime, Real Yellow, Tangerine, and Poppy.
5. Remove the rubber bands from your bandana and lay it flat to dry. Once your bandana is dry, heat set it with an iron or put it in the dryer with dry heat. 

1. Dampen your bandana then lay it on your flat workspace. Scrunch up your bandana while still letting it lay flat.
2. Place rubber bands around your scrunched bandana.
3. Lighten your Wine Fabric Creations by mixing it with White. Mix a 1:3 ratio of Fabric Creations to water in your squeeze bottle and shake until well mixed.
4. Squeeze your Wine/White mixture sporadically on your scrunched up bandana.
5. Remove the rubber bands from your bandana and lay it flat to dry. Once your bandana is dry, heat set it with an iron or put it in the dryer with dry heat.
