Instructions
1. Place the Leading Blank over the pattern and trace it with Silver Metallic Liquid Leading; let dry 8 hours. See tape tip instructions for fine line detail.
2. Paint design with Window Color. Comb paint smooth with toothpick. Place small drops of Snow White around the snowman for snow. Allow to dry 8 hours.
3. Cut out ornament with scissors, leaving about 1/4" of Plastic on edges and bump on top for hang hole.
4. Make a small hole in the top with a sharp craft knife.
5. Add a ribbon to hang.
