Spouncer® 1 ¼”, Liner brush #1, Flat brush ½”, Rubbing alcohol, Printed toile paper, Tracing paper, Pencil, Scissors, Glass plates 10” – 7 ½”, Wine glass, Paper towels, Foam plates, Brush basin, Tape, Card stock
Instructions

Thoroughly wash glass surfaces with mild soap and water. Wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove any leftover residue.

Trace and cut two circles slightly smaller than the centers of both plates. Tape to the underside of both. Tape off the outer edge of the plates' circles. Apply silver glitter to open area from underneath. Then apply silver metallic paint. Remove tape before paint dries.

Cut a circle from toile paper to fit center of large plate. Trace and cut rim of smaller plate. Mod Podge both to glass plates referring to bottle for application instructions.

Using liner brush and True Blue, paint random scroll details as shown from underneath. Paint vine scrolls first. To create petals, draw brush from outer edge of petals towards vine line. Let dry.

Use Spouncer to apply Wicker White to center of small plate and rim of large plate. Apply over scroll detail from behind.

To create wine glass, paint scroll design around top of glass and around base from underneath. When dry, spounce Wicker White under base over painted scrolls.

Paint outer rims of both plates and base of glass with silver metallic paint. When dry, apply silver glitter.

Air cure referring to enamels paint bottle.
