Instructions
- Basecoat the bill of the hat with Wicker White and large flat brush. Let dry completely.
- Paint second coat of bill with Fluorescent Glow Pink and let dry.
- Using large flat brush add Glitterific Pink Neon to bill of hat as shown. Let dry.
- Place unicorn stencil on hat as shown and stencil first coat with Wicker White, Let dry.
- Stencil second coat onto unicorn design with Fluorescent Yellow, let dry.
- Using small flat brush add Glitterific Yellow to unicorn as shown. Let dry.
- Dip large stencil brush into Fluorescent Glow Pink and splatter hat as shown. Repeat with Glow Purple. Let dry completely.
