FolkArt ® Acrylic Colors - Fluorescent Glow - Orange, 2 oz. - K2718, FolkArt ® Acrylic Colors - Fluorescent Glow - Pink, 2 oz. - 2717, FolkArt ® Acrylic Colors - Fluorescent Glow - Yellow, 2 oz. - 2719, White paper gift bags, Low-tack masking tape

Instructions

Tape off center sections of each bag as shown. Create stripes on some as shown or a solid larger stripe.
Paint the sections as shown and let dry completely. Paint with medium flat brush.
Place stencil designs as shown and stencil using stencil brush and Licorice. Let dry.
