10” round glass plate, St. Patrick's Day napkins, Paper towels, Scissors, Foam brush

Instructions

1. Basecoat the bottom of the plate with Mod Podge.

2. Cut out napkin same size as back of glass plate. Glue to bottom of plate with Mod Podge. Allow to dry.
