The
Mod Podge Photo Transfer Tool can transfer color and black and white images quickly and easily. Use on wood, paper, fabric, leather, and so much more! This formula is a water-based, non-toxic medium that provides the ability to transfer any photocopied image onto a variety of surfaces without creating a paper halo around the transferred image. Mod Podge Clear Image Transfer Medium dries to a clear, matte finish—perfect when working on colored backgrounds. It does not require a topcoat or finish; however, one can be applied for added protection.
